OptimaFI — Booth Visit Giving Campaign
To support communities and the people its CFIs serve, OptimaFI is sending
$25 to your charity of choice just for visiting their booth.

Step-by-Step: How to Participate

Visit the OptimaFI booth between
February 1, 2026 and
February 3, 2026 and scan the QR code.

Use your mobile phone to choose a charity that you’d like to support.
- Search for a charity by name or charitable registration number.

Complete your donation on the Goodness Giveaway platform to donate
$25 of OptimaFI’s money to your charity of choice.

Celebrate your impact! You’ve helped OptimaFI give back and strengthen
communities through your selected charity.
Official Promotion Rules

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States
who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial,
and local laws apply.

American Online Giving Foundation.

How to enter: Scan the QR code at the OptimaFI booth and
complete the charity selection process on the Goodness Giveaway platform
during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion.
Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void, as
are entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete, or contain errors.
Normal time, toll, connection, and usage rates, if any, charged by your
Internet service provider will apply. All entries and data become the
property of the Sponsor. No other entry method will be accepted; you must
be present at the OptimaFI booth.

Charity Selection: The first 300
participant donations will each result in a
$25 donation to the eligible charity indicated. You
agree that the Sponsor may, at any time, edit, modify, or remove the
entry, in whole or in part, and may disqualify an entrant from the
giveaway at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Prize and odds: 300 donations of
$25 are available. The odds of your charity being selected
depend on the number of entries.

For a charity nomination to be valid, all of the following must be completed:
- Visit and be physically present at the OptimaFI booth.

Scan the QR code and complete your charity selection on the Goodness
Giveaway platform.

Each entrant is only eligible to submit
one donation into the promotion during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Period: The promotion begins on
February 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM MST and ends on
February 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (the “Promotion
Period”), after which time the promotion will be closed and no further
entries shall be accepted.

After all 300 donations of $25 have been
claimed, the Prize and odds may be increased at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Eligible organizations: Only registered charities and
nonprofits are eligible to receive funds. The organization must be a
registered 501(c)(3) charity in good standing in the
United States.

Donation amount and cap: $25 will be
donated to the charity in the charity’s local currency (USD)
up to a maximum of $7,500 USD.

Fees: A Charity Support Fee of 7.8% will
be deducted from the amount disbursed to charities. This fee covers the
issuing of tax receipts and disbursement of funds.

Disbursement timing: Goodness Giveaway operates on a
monthly donation disbursement cycle. Donations will be processed and
disbursed to your nominated charity on or around
February–March 2026. Charities should review the

Designation: Donations will not be subject to donor
designation. This means the charity may allocate the funds where it
determines they are needed most.

Release: By participating, entrant agrees to release the
Sponsor, Goodness Giveaway, its affiliates, foundation partners, and its
and their directors, officers, and employees from any claims or liability
arising from participation in the Promotion.
